Master Thesis
Master Theses to be Assigned
Theses in the field of Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCIs) to be awarded!
Background: Our paradigm is designed to enable people to continue interacting with their environment despite severe motor impairments - even if they no longer have muscle control. This works with the help of a BCI that records brain waves via EEG and analyses them automatically.
Of course, there is still room for improvement before the system is ready for use in patients' everyday lives. However, several studies have already shown that the performance of our BCI improves significantly after just a short period of training.
Research question: Why exactly does training improve performance?
Methods: Perception training, later a BCI session with EEG (healthy subjects)
