DFG RESEARCH GROUP—LASTING LEARNING: COGNITIVE MECHANISMS AND EFFECTIVE INSTRUCTIONAL IMPLEMENTATION (FOR 5254)

Application and Requirements

You are welcome to apply for the Würzburg International Autumn School on Lasting Learning. You are eligible to apply if you meet the following requirements:

  • You are a graduate student (master or doctoral) or postdoctoral researcher in psychology, learning sciences, educational science, teacher education, or related fields.
  • You have sufficient English language skills to follow and contribute to courses held in English.

Please note that a large percentage of accepted participants are likely to be international students. 

Fees and Benefits

The Würzburg International Autumn School on Lasting Learning is free of charge for accepted participants (we have received generous funding from the German Research Foundation and the Human Dynamics Centre of the University of Würzburg to cover the costs). There is no registration fee.

Accepted participants will be able to choose from all classes (hot-topic sessions and method workshops) offered during the Würzburg International Autumn School on Lasting Learning and will receive all accompanying course materials free of charge (in electronic form).

Applications will be processed electronically only here. In addition, please send a motivation letter and short CV (including university degrees, conference contributions, publications as well as your language proficiency, your current postal and email address) in a single PDF file to lasting.learning@uni-wuerzburg.de. Please note that due to limited capacity not all applications may be considered, and that incomplete applications will not be processed. We look forward to your application.
